Park City Town Lift, only a few minutes from this home, will give you unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, outdoor experiences, and endless entertainment options in Park City. The Space: After a fun-filled day of shredding fresh powder on the slopes, unwind in this charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Upon entrance to the home, take off your boots in the entryway equipped with a wooden bench. Marvel at the high ceiling in the family room, where you can relax on the leather sofa and armchair seating as you sit beneath the skylight from the glass windows throughout the room. Unwind from your adventurous day, as you stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The dual-sided indoor gas fireplace will keep you warm, as you snuggle up with cozy blankets next to your loved ones. Additional guests can make their way into the second family room with a plush sectional sofa, and its own large flat-screen TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of granite countertop space. The second bedroom, features a beautiful queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds and ample storage space. There is a shared full bathroom, around the corner from both bedrooms, with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. A laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom, on the main floor of the home, are available during your stay. Lastly, there are 2 sleeper sofas available for guest use -- one in the living room and one in the family room. Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 3 free parking spaces on the premises. Please note that the garage driveway probably won't fit more than one bigger car (i.e. SUV/minivan etc.) and top loads are not advisable. The Neighborhood: This home is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are minutes from the heart of Old Town and Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a short bus ride, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Our cozy home is the perfect place to call basecamp after a day exploring the mighty Wasatch Mountains. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience. The Library that hosts Sundance is two doors down as well. Lastly, there is a park behind the house - perfect for sledding by winter and frisbee by summer! Getting Around: The shuttle is right across the street. You are within walking minutes of it all with this home's sought-after location within a 7-minute walk to the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only about 5 blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. There is a bus stop right on Park Ave, which is a great FREE way to get around the entire Park City area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available. Other Things to Note: There may be some street noise from Park Ave. Please do not park on the street. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Jan 25, 2019 #### Great Property We had a awesome stay at this home. It is very up to date and located in a great location in Park City. Close enough to walk almost anywhere. The beds are very comfortable and eneryone was able to get a good night of sleep. The Kitchen is well equipped which made it easy to cook and eat in. We walked both to historic downtown and the lodge!!! The house is so inviting and comfortable that one morning we stayed in an read by the fire!! Then the house itself was perfect, great location, close to lifts, downtown, the dog park with lots of puppies! You don’t need a car as the local bus stops close to the house!
