The management was super responsive and accessible via text messages. All our requests were answered in a very short time. We also appreciated that the temperature in the unit was very comfortable - oftentimes it is too cold in the resorts, but this was certainly not the case here. The unit is well-stocked when it comes to kitchen - pots, pans, plates, cups - all in sufficient quantity and good condition. The building itself (each unit is individually managed) has a bit of a problem with sound proofing - we could hear people talking in their units as if they were right in our room, and it could be an issue for light-sleepers. While this was not a problem for us. However, the sounds of machines grooming the skating rink which is right in front if the building woke us up several times. The other thing worth mentioning is that it is technically not a ski in/ski out location, it is impossible to get to the slope on skis.
