Communication with property management easy 24/7.Unit was clean, new appliances, comfortable couch and king bed.Cons: fireplace was broken. For a winter unit a working fireplace is important. Maintenance tried to fix but were unable. Cable tv for both TVs did not work either. Shower needs work. Barely enough hot water for a very quick shower. Then partner needs to wait an hour to let there be enough hot water for the second shower. After long days on the slopes, a nice hot shower is critical. Shower head needs replacement and spout lock needs to be fixed so that all water transfers to shower head. Hot water tank potentially needs to be increased in size.
