Saint Francis is a very peaceful city where life is good. It is a place more and more sought after and appreciated because the city knew how to keep its authenticity with its generous and welcoming population.  
  
This studio is located in one of the most beautiful residences of Guadeloupe, in a sought after area of Saint Francis, less than 5 minutes from international golf, beaches, marina, banks (CMDP, Credit Agricole, BNP, Post Office,. ...), restaurants and all amenities.  
 The residence Sainte Marthe will enchant you with its Louisiana style architecture located in a huge tropical park. The calm of this residence will seduce you.   
A magnificent infinity pool of 900 m² is at your disposal free of charge as well as sun loungers to promote idleness.   
Paid services are at your discretion: tennis court, SPA, massage parlor, restaurants.  
This apartment has a reserve of personal water to fill the untimely cuts.  
A free cleaning of 3 hours will be done once a week (the day will be defined with the concierge of the apartment), the bed will be made, the linen will be replaced.   
The beaches are 5 minutes from the residence. An official naturist beach will enchant you in its greenery.  
A library is available near the studio.
