This is a great house on a secure property, great for families or even multiple families. One thing to note is during a heatwave the upstairs is very warm even with a portable air conditioner. Non hot times I’m sure it is very nice. The walk to the nearest tram station as a fairly steep hill, however the tram station is a very short walk and connects you to multiple lines of transit. Very easy to get around Paris using public transit. Property is a bit of distance from main attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. Approx 50-60 minutes.The host is incredible and very accommodating, give we visited during a heatwave wave, she did everything possible to make our visit comfortable. The home had 4 portable air conditioners that made the main floor fairly comfortable, even in temperatures near 40 degrees. I would highly recommend this property to people travelling with kids, on hot days I would recommend splurging and using uber to get to the attractions (Electric cars are best priced and have the best air conditioning, however a little longer wait to get).
