Calm & cozy ARC DE TRIOMPHE/AMAZING VIEW A stone's throw from the Champs Elysées, this superb apartment in the 17th arrondissement combines charm and convenience. a bedroom, a welcoming living room, and a Accommodation capacity for 4 people makes it an ideal choice. Its decoration meticulous care promises a most pleasant Parisian stay. Surrounded by shops luxury, renowned restaurants and local shops, you will enjoy a lively neighbourhood. The apartment consists of one room main room in which there is a living room/bedroom area with a sofa high quality convertible and a television, an equipped kitchen and a dining area. We can see the Eiffel Tower above the roofs. Also enjoy a room with a double bed and a bathroom open to the bedroom, with a shower, a sink and a dressing room. The living room and bedroom are separate by a washing machine/toilet area. Our apartment is located on the 8th floor of a Haussmann building (1914), with elevator for 2 people up to the 7th floor, so there is 1 floor to climb on foot.In the event of a breakdown, we cannot be held responsible. Arrival at the accommodation is independent via a key box.
