Late check in because previous renters left property in a mess and only one cleaner was sent to clean up the mess. The person did a great job and was exceptionally professional but a team should have been there based on what we saw.There was no hot water at all in one of the bathrooms, making the only bathtub unusable.The lights in several of the bedrooms flickered on and off during the day and night, making us uneasy about electrical issues and given there are no windows for egress in the apartment at all, this was quite worrisome. I sent a message to the owners but did not receive a reply. I did see a couple of missed calls on my phone but as I was at Disney all day I did not check my phone.The apartment is in a great location. It is very spacious. But the only fresh air comes from tiny windows near the ceiling in the living room that are accessed by a long pole that we had to close because of rodent activity. The only light into the apartment comes through glass blocks in the ceiling in the living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. A large gap in the bottom of the front door ( only way in and out ) is easily large enough for rodents to enter and we stuffed it to prevent anything from coming in.The furniture in the apartment is shabby. The pictures are not really accurate in terms of their current condition. The blue sofa beds in the living room are in need of a deep clean, and the kitchen chair seams are filled with food. I hope they fix their issues.
