LIVING & DINING AREA  
Bathed in natural light and abounding with period features including corniced ceilings and a traditional fireplace, the elegant open-plan living area is the essence of relaxation with a navy sofa, two leather armchairs and flat-screen TV. A statement bookshelf and artistic lighting bring an enlightened mood to the adjoining dining area with a table with space for up to six guests.  
  
KITCHEN  
Making a statement with its geometric floor tiles, striking charcoal units, mirror and characterful wood beams, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all key amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Offering views across a leafy boulevard, the principal bedroom is soothingly styled in neutral fashion and presents a king-sized bed, bedside tables, chair and wardrobe.
