Appartement à la fois lumineux et calme car il est situé sur cours au 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Il se compose d'un chambre avec un lit double de 160 cm (matelas et sommier neuf et d excellente qualité), une salle de bain attenante et un salon avec canapé lit (couchage 140 cm). Not a big deal, we went and bought some and left it in the apartment for any future guests who'd like to stay clean during their visit.We found the location of the apartment to be somewhat undesirable, more or less depending which turn you take when you exit. Besonders im Schlafzimmer war es sehr verschachtelt. Die Küchenmöbel waren zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung alt und abgenutzt. Es roch etwas.Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist und in ein Hotel gegangen. Sehr zu unserem Ärger wurde uns nur die Endreinigung, nicht aber die Tourismusabgabe erstattet. It was very central to Gare du Nord, on a very pretty block, and with some great restaurants and bakeries nearby. The apartment is quite modern and clean. Having all the windows let in lots of light and a nice breeze. It's small but that is to be expected in central Paris. The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. And the couch in the living room isn't very comfortable. Also, getting into the apartment is a bit of a process with multiple doors, a courtyard, a very small elevator, etc. However, I'd definitely recommend this place, especially if you're just a couple with a small amount of luggage. ##### Riana A.
