In the heart of the 15th arrondissement, this beautiful 55 m² loft has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Paris.  
It can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a group of friends.  
The access is done in an autonomous way.

Located on the garden level of a secured residence, the accommodation includes :  
\- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed ;  
\- a shower room ;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen  
\- a dining area ;  
\- and a relaxation area with a sofa bed.  
  
You will particularly appreciate :  
\- its brightness ;  
\- its tastefully decorated living room (the mezzanine overhanging the relaxation space with a superb height under ceiling which makes it original) and redone (with modern materials, so that you benefit from an optimal comfort and that you appreciate your Parisian stay);  
\- its location, you will be able to walk in a hyper shopping district.  
  
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: TV, Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron, Fiber wifi.  
  
The studio is located near the subway station "Convention" (line 12.).  
You will find a supermarket "Franprix" at 7 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.  
  
Sites of interest close to the apartment :

\- the Parc des expositions Porte de Versailles (15 minutes away);  
\- the Champ de Mars (37 minutes by bus); and many others...

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).  
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

#### Left within an hour of arrival

There were multiple stains on the sofa bed and crumbs on the inside. There was mold on the window shades. Not sure what type of mold but mold is mold. Not about to have us breathing in mold. After opening the windows flies came into the unit. The outside garden in front of the unit had flies all around. Did not feel comfortable staying. The photos online does not show damage on the mirrors in the living area and old food was left in the fridge. Still trying to get in contact with the host to resolve the matter. No response. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Appartement bien conçu, propre et très calme. Communication fluide avec l’hôte. Chambre et salle de bain en mezzanine, attention aux personnes de plus d’1m80 car très bas de plafond.
