\- At the 2nd floor of a charming and standing Parisian 17th century building with 4m ceiling height.  
\- Quiet and luminous   
\- 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 WC.  
\- 1 large living room and 1 open and modern kitchen on a dining area  
\- Decorated with high quality materials.  
\- Very trendy area, lot of shops, restaurants  
  
The apartment is a 103m2 (1100 sqft) spacious and fully equipped apartment.  
  
It has a large living room with sofas and TV, an open kitchen on a dining area, as well as 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 WC.  
  
The kitchen is modern and full Miele equipped : stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, etc.  
  
Bedroom 1 : Double bedroom with queen size bed (160x200), lockers, bathtub and access to en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

Wonderful location. Convenient to all attractions. Lovely old building but due to its age there are issues. Floor extremely old and very squeaky. It is also slanted in spots. Nice modern kitchen. Light switches were a bit difficult to find and many switches seemed to activate nothing. If there was a guide book in the apartment explaining light switches and heat system that would solve my issues. Key pick up was down the street at a grocery store, so no explanation given about the workings of the apartment. It would have been more convenient for my family to have two keys instead of one.
