\- Easy access to Metro  
\- Up to 6 guests  
\- 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), 2 WC (1 en-suite)  
\- A large living room with convertible sofa and open fully-equipped kitchen  
\- Decorated with high quality and design furniture  
  
The flat is a 90m2 (e.q. 1000 sq.ft) apartment totally refurbished by architect with high quality materials and furniture.  
  
Its location is really extraordinary, at walking distance of the Louvre, Place Vendôme (5min), Tuileries.  
  
It has a large living room with sofas, TV (Netflix, etc.) and a dining area for 6.  
  
Bedrooms :  
  
1 master bedroom with 4-star bed 160x200, large dressing, en-suite bathroom (shower) and toilets.  
  
1 bedroom with 160x200 bed and closet.  
  
1 bedroom with 140x200 bed and desk.  
  
1 second bathroom with bathtub and washing/drying machine

Its kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, Kettle, Toaster, dishwasher).

It is located at the 2nd floor (no lift) of a typical Parisian building from the 19th century. Very quiet because we are on the courtyard, not on the street side.

#### Perfect Quiet Location in the Heart of the First Arrondissement

The pictures impressed and the reality exceeded expectations. My family really enjoyed our stay. A small warning to those with heavy luggage - you will be hoisting it up a spiral staircase. Once you get up there you can settle in and have some wine in your quiet, beautiful surroundings. There's a Carrefour Express just across the street for small meals and essentials. We loved returning to this property after a long day exploring Paris!
