The listing states that there are four bedrooms, but there are really only three, which was sufficient, but I thought there were four based on the listing. There are 4 total beds. One king, one queen and one room with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is actually the living room with a fold out couch.The apartment was awesome. Had an espresso machine and espresso pods provided. We couldn't find a wine opener, so we had to buy one. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a lift if you need it. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but there were fans for almost every room. We were gone during the day for the most part and the fans seemed to keep it cool enough for most of us during the evening. My husband was very hot and missed having air conditioning. The bathrooms have heated towel racks, which would be great for winter, but for summer it added extra heat to the bathrooms and we were unable to figure out how to turn them off. You also had to be careful not to bump into them when in the bathrooms. I would absolutely stay here again. Especially during times of the year when the weather is milder. ##### Bonnie N. We had some unforeseen issues prior to arriving and they were very helpful and quick to respond to my messages.The lift at the building was very helpful for our family members with mobility issues. The layout of the apartment and number of beds and bathrooms was perfect for our multigenerational family of 6\. We were welcomed with a beautiful Christmas tree when we opened the door which instantly made the apartment feel like home. The apartment was extremely clean. The check in process was very clear and all our communication with the manager was prompt and friendly. I had many questions ( traveling with kids) and I always got a clear and quick response. We communicated entirely in english. The apartment is beautiful. Everything seemed brand new and designed to fit perfectly in the space. I'm very picky and I don't have one thing to complain about :) Everything worked as it should. The biggest surprise: One of the days of our visit was a 90 degree day. It was unbearably hot outside. With the fans running, the apartment was amazingly cool. Did not miss having an air conditioner even in that heat. The beds and bedding were all very nice and comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you might need. Water pressure and temperature were as you wished - never had any issue despite the fact that the building itself is charmingly old. We heard zero street noise at night. There is a lovely bakery right at the foot of the building and you are walking distance to a number of lovely things. We used Uber primarily to get to places that were a little too far to walk for the children. There are not a ton of taxis to flag down by the apartment as it is a quiet street. We would absolutely stay here again. It really surpassed my expectations. ##### Vanessa M. (There is an elevator.) You enter the building through a courtyard that is sometimes visited by a friendly gray cat. While the windows all have interior views of the building, there is almost no street noise in the apartment. The living/dining area is spacious, and the kitchenette is well supplied with real dishes, silverware and glassware. There is also a full-size refrigerator, which we found useful. The bathrooms are all modern, although the hot water tended to run out after the second shower, so we scheduled accordingly. We were very happy with the location. There is a bakery next door that is open early in the morning on weekdays, and is a great place to buy breakfast. The Gare St. Lazare is a short walk away; from there, you can access the major subway lines and easily move around Paris. (We recommend purchasing a Navigo Easy card, which is easy to refill as needed.) Even better, the apartment is about a 10-minute walk away from the Galèries Lafayette Gourmet, a foodie heaven which includes restaurants, shops and a market in the basement, and is open seven days a week. While the apartment comes with a concierge service, we did not find them particularly useful. We were able to make restaurant reservations online, and found the G7 taxi app to be a great way to call a cab. The property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay here! ##### Laura A.
