The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the 3rd district, the heart of the French capital! Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris. The Space: Welcome to this 144m2 spacious and bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. It features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped kitchen and a very nice private garden-terrace. Not only did we have two bathrooms but the master bathroom had a double sink vanity which was great. Lovely to walk through courtyard. Felt very secure and safe. Two small refrigerators (keep that in mind) and a washing machine that desperately needs instructions unless you have hours to spare. Attentive and responsive management team. The bedroom with the en suite bathroom is under a RIDICULOUSLY noisy neighbor who argues and moves furniture through the night, so pack industrial strength ear plugs and a powerful sound machine. The apartment was just as described in the listing. It is situated in the middle of the Marias close to shopping, food, museums, the subway, etc. But is set back off of the street in a quiet courtyard so we heard no street noise. The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was open and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was somehow always the right temperature. It was always lovely to come home after long days in the city. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return on our next visit to Paris! ##### wendy h. We enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location and an easy walk to metro stations and attractions. Le Marais is a vibrant area with so much to see and do. Our family of seven slept comfortably at the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was cleaned well. The dryer was was not the most efficient and occasionally the showers would fill up, but these were minor distractions. We would stay here again - I recommend it! ##### Erin L. We were a party of 6 ranging in age from 20-60\. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and other great amenities. Great location and safe neighborhood. Located in the back of a courtyard, it is extremely quiet for being in the middle of the city! We loved staying in the Marais and this apartment was near to many of the sites and many Metro stops. Our adventures(over 20,000 steps a day)took us all around Paris and it was always nice to return to relax in our apartment. Our extended family of seven adults and eight children traveled to Paris for a one week holiday to explore the city. We stayed in this apartment and two others in the same apartment building so that we would be able to visit with each other easily. The location was central, five minute walk from Pompidou, ten minutes from Picasso and fifteen from Notre Dame. It was also close to the Metro. The apartments were clean and spacious and well maintained. They were comfortable and nicely arranged giving us space to arrange the clutter of eight children. Our hosts, Ico and Baltazar, were there to meet us and were very responsive to our needs, appearing quickly when needed, cheerful and helpful. The air-conditioning kept us comfortable in the midst of a 100 degree heat wave. There were many restaurants in the area as well as bakeries and small grocery stores. There were also a variety of places to get interesting take out meals. Thankfully none of them were McDonalds or Starbucks. For our family adventure, these apartments were perfect. It is extremely quiet, off of an internal courtyard. The management was very helpful. But, the very best thing was its location in the middle of the Marais. It is a 5-minute walk from the Pompidou museum and about 20 from the shell of Notre Dame. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket all within 5 minutes.
