The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is street-facing and comes furnished with a double size bed and a quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. At the top of the Champs Elysees lies the monumental Arc de Triomphe. Offering gorgeous views of the whole city and Eiffel Tower, this is a truly unique and gorgeous landmark. Within walking distance, you also have the Grand Palais de la Découverte as well as the Petit Palais. You are also just a stone’s throw from the Place de la Concorde. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the apartment, including classic French bistros and brasseries, Michelin-starred restaurants or even just a quick sandwich at a café – you will be spoilt for choice. The bathroom was stylish and comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the apartment was spotless, safe, and offered an incredible view. The apartment is in an upscale part of Paris and is convenient to several groceries and a great patisserie. While there is a metro stop close by, it's a little further walk to the Champs-Élysées stop if you are headed to the Louvre and further east. Please note that the apartment is 6 floors up on very narrow stairs- if that is ok, you will love this unit! Note- the unit is near the roof line, it could be a little warm in summer! ##### Joel H.
