Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the 2nd arrondissement, in the heart of Paris, in the prestigious Montorgueil district. This 18th-century building features a flower-filled, cobbled courtyard. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022 in the Rocaille style favored by the Louis XV period, with wooden furniture enhanced by touches of marble and gilding.



The Space:

This luxurious 3 double bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.



Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, you'll enter directly into the living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a solid wood table that can seat 6.



In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal!



The apartment features a master suite with a paneled wall, en-suite bathroom and shower.

You'll also find a signed marble chest of drawers and a natural wood cane chair.



You'll also enjoy a second double bedroom with a four-poster bed and a Louis XV-style marble chest of drawers.

A third double bedroom, with its refined style, takes advantage of the calm of the courtyard.



The second and third bedrooms share the main bathroom, where you'll find a large bathtub, walk-in shower and toilet. The apartment has a second, separate toilet.





We provide hotel-quality sheets and towels, as well as shampoo and soap.

Located in the heart of Paris, 2 minutes' walk from the emblematic rue Montorgueil, not far from the Grands Boulevards, in the historic 2nd arrondissement district known as the Sentier, this warm, central apartment will provide you with all the comfort you need.

It's ideally located in a quiet street within walking distance of everything you need to know: the Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens, the pedestrian quays of Paris, the emblematic Samaritaine and the Marais district.

You'll love its small pedestrian streets, as well as rue du Nil and rue des Petits Carreaux.
