It is on a quiet street rue blomet and you have 3 metros at walking distance Volontaires ( line 12 around the corner at 200 meters ) Sevres Lecourbe ( line 6 at 400 meters ) and Segur ( line 10 at 700 meters) . The immediate neighborhood offers a large selection of fresh food shops and bistrots and a couple of supermarkets. This airy 1500 square feet (150 square meters) apartment occupies the full 2nd level ( 3rd american level ) of a recent building with elevator. It consists of a very large living room opening to a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms one equiped with a king size bed and an ensuite full bathroom, one with twin beds and the last one with a double bed. there is a second shower and a separate toilet with their own individual access. Each bedroom has its own closet and the second bathroom has a separate washer and drier. The building has high security with two coded doors and a coded elevator and each window has electrical blinds which offer full darkness. The apartment was perfect for my husband, 13 year old and 15 year old. It was a great alternative to staying in a hotel and needing two rooms. Aside from cost, it was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The location was amazing - with metro station walking distance away, many food options, and felt less touristy. This apartment exceeded our expectations. It has a spacious floor plan with great windows and all the modern conveniences needed. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and all rooms had fans and large windows with automatic shutters that open for airflow. The bathrooms are large with great water pressure and a washer and dryer is located in a closet in the second bathroom. The kitchen has wonderful counter space and is fully stocked with every appliance, dish and glassware we could have needed. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and has a wonderful energy to it. The apartment is secured by a locked entry gate, 2 coded entry doors and a coded elevators. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe with several close places to eat and buy groceries. We could access all of Paris by walking from here or taking the metro which is just around the block. The apartment manager “Oliver” is wonderful! He was quick to reply to our last minute reservation request. He met us at the apartment at our arrival and gave us all of the instructions for our stay. He also arranged a large taxi for our departure to the airport. He was constantly available by phone for any questions or help we needed during our stay in Paris. The poor guy got a workout from us!! The neighbourhood has many restaurants and bars as well as groceries, fantastics bakeries and cheese shops. The appartment is nicely furnished and fully equipied.
