Ground floor of a charming renovated house with tree-lined courtyard, top-of-the-range furnished apartment bright and refurbished by a renowned architect. With a surface area of 26 m² it's perfect for a solo or duo stay. It includes a cathedral living room with open fitted kitchen, a separate toilet, a beautiful sleeping area at the mezzanine and a shower room. There is also a TV, a dining table and storage units. The Space: \- Recently refurbished \- On a private courtyard \- Shared dining table outside \- Crib kit (crib + mattress + fitted sheets) is available upon request for 20€ per entire stay. Guest Access: Entire studio + access to the courtyard The Neighborhood: The lovely studio, in the heart of Montmartre, is close to all shops, restaurants, bars, delicious bakeries local markets and supermarkets.
