Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. Refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies. Property Details: This 55-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has an en-suite shower room while the toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Both the Pompidou Center and the Louvre Museum are within walking distance, as is the serene Palais Royal with its hidden gardens. The property also benefits from close proximity to the Metro stationRéaumur Sébastopol (lines 4 and 3), accessing other areas of Paris is very easy. Just hop on the train to reach Opera, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! While the street can get a bit lively on Friday and Saturday nights due to nearby outdoor dining, it's much quieter during the week. We imagine it's also more peaceful in the colder months when the terraces are closed. Despite being in a busy area, the flat itself is surprisingly quiet. Check-in and check-out were super convenient with a key locker just one street away, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The flat was clean, cozy, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. It is perfect for one or two people. ##### Audra V.
