### Le Duplex de Drancy - Appt 5p à 25 min de Paris

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 42 m² flat for rent in Drancy, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
Ground floor:  
\- A 16 m² living room with TV and sofa  
\- A dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds  
\- Bathroom with bath and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather  
\- A 50 m² garden, not enclosed or private  
  
The flat is ideally located in Drancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one space available) as well as in the open-air car park (2 vehicles).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Bourget-Drancy, 11 minutes by car  
\- Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle, 32 minutes by car  
  
Other notes:  
\- For all bookings of 29 nights or more, a compulsory mid-stay cleaning will be invoiced by the manager (payment collected directly by the manager on site. Rate: €60).  
\- Sheets and towels included.  
\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.  
\- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.  
\- The accommodation is suitable for events such as birthdays.
