Cozy house by Lavie Maison located on the ground floor in the 4th district of Paris. Ideal for tourists (5 minutes on foot to Bastille, 14" by metro to Notre Dame, 20" by metro to the Pantheon, 35" by metro to the Eiffel Tower). With a surface area of 45 m², it consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a master bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, a bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor courtyard. It is located on a side street, ensuring peace and tranquility.  
  
In the heart of the Marais, this modern and peaceful apartment includes:  
  
\- A cozy living room with a convertible sofa, overlooking a beautiful private courtyard,  
\- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm),  
\- A bathroom with a shower,  
\- An open-plan kitchen fully equipped.

Known for its medieval and Renaissance architecture, its cobbled streets, its mansions and its numerous museums, it is a real journey through time. You will find in the immediate vicinity emblematic places such as the Picasso Museum, located an 8-minute walk away, or the Carnavalet Museum, just a 12-minute walk away.  
  
This district is also renowned for its numerous designer boutiques, art galleries and typically Parisian cafés. The Enfants Rouges market, the oldest covered market in Paris, is a 15-minute walk away and offers you a wide choice of fresh products and local specialties.

The Bastille and Saint-Paul metro stations are less than 5 minutes away on foot, giving you direct access to lines 1, 5 and 8. This allows you to reach essential sites such as the Louvre, the Opera in just a few minutes. Garnier, or the Champs-Élysées.  
  
For those who prefer to explore the city on foot, many monuments and attractions can be reached within a few minutes' walk. You can stroll along the Seine, visit the Îles de la Cité and Saint-Louis, or explore the lively streets of the Latin Quarter.  
  
Bike and electric scooter rental options are also available nearby, perfect for those who want to explore the city at their own pace. Finally, several bus lines serve the area, giving you even more options for your travels.
