Featuring 5 splendid bedrooms, our residence comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, ensuring unparalleled comfort. Nestled in a prime location in central Paris, in the 1st arrondissement, it resides between the Louvre Museum, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame de Paris, and the vibrant Marais district!

Our 160 m² property has been entirely refurbished by skilled interior designers, ideally situated in the heart of Paris. It can host up to twelve guests and epitomizes Parisian elegance, offering a bespoke travel experience with high-quality bespoke furniture. The space is open and efficiently arranged, creating a cozy, inviting, and harmonious ambiance.  
  
Its 5 expansive bedrooms boast sophisticated décor where harmonious tones blend with luxurious materials and finishes.  
  
Thanks to its ultra-central location in the Louvre/Rivoli district, you can walk to iconic landmarks such as the Louvre Museum, the Marais district, Île de la Cité to marvel at Notre Dame de Paris, or explore the new Les Halles district in just 5 minutes. The apartment is a mere 20 meters from the renowned department store La Samaritaine. Conveniently close to public transportation, it serves as an ideal base for exploring all corners of Paris: from Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica to the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, and the Panthéon.  
  
Situated on the second floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building typical of Rue Rivoli, the apartment is exceptionally bright thanks to its numerous windows that flood each room with natural light. It comprises:  
  
A bespoke, fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, and dishwasher.  
A living room featuring a dining table, comfortable sofa, modern seating, and a smart TV. Air conditioning is available in the living room, which opens onto a balcony for outdoor enjoyment.  
The first bedroom includes a king-size bed (180x200), TV, and wardrobe, with air conditioning also provided.

The third bedroom offers two double beds (140x200), TV, and wardrobe.  
The fourth bedroom includes a queen-size bed (160x200), TV, wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.  
The fifth bedroom includes a queen-size bed (160x200), TV, wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning is also available in this room.  
Two additional bathrooms feature walk-in showers, sinks, and toilets.  
A washing machine is conveniently located in the kitchen.  
Ample storage spaces are provided to keep belongings organized.  
The apartment includes television and high-speed internet (WiFi).
