We had an excellent stay. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were ready when we arrive and the breakfast was perfect with excellent baguette and croissant. The area was quiet and it is very easy access to the metro.
The location was super as I met friends in the 15 arrondissement. It was close to the metro, a few restaurants, coffee shops and a local market. This family run business is a great example of la vie à Paris.
Value for money. It's affordable. It's clean and well managed. The caretakers are good and friendly. Enjoyed my short one night stay there. Recommended.
The room was good for my long weekend trip. Only thing I wish the room had was a kettle to make tea in the evening or at night. Other than that it was great! I would stay there again. The local transport is near and easy to find from the hotel.

The location was nice. The bathroom was inconvenient ( too small, every shower time was creating a little swimming pool in the room)
Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the Eiffel tower. A bus stop is across the road. Subway stop is not far.

its Ok place. People are nice but it would be nice to have a little fridge and portable fan. It was too hot inside the room, it doesn’t matter if the windows are open.
There was no shower curtain or door next to the toilet in the shower room. After taking a shower, water spread around there. It would be more comfortable if they put a shower curtain or some blocks that stop water going around the toilet.

Need Electric Fan on Hot Summer evening!
I made arrangements to come in day earlier then booked. When I arrived at 22:30 my room was not available and I had to look for an other hotel which costs me a lot of money and time as every hotel was fully booked at that time.
Also I asked if I could leave my luggage the last day as I was attending a conference. This was no problem. However, the did not mention that they would ask a big fee for that.
Not to happy about the hotel owner
Our initial room smelled like urine. Upon informing the front desk, we were humiliated by his question of if we did something to the room. Unwillingly and upon me pressing him, he gave us another room. If it was not for being pressed on time and lack of accommodation, I would have left. The room is furnished with what looks like thrift store furniture. You will notice some of it has electric tape around. On the day of our departure we had the front desk come knock on our door at 11 sharp telling us you have to leave, you have to check out. Do yourself and your family a favor and pay an extra $20 and stay away from this place.
It's a cheap hotel, so you can't expect that much and I didn't check it beforehand, but the lack of air-conditioning during the summer makes this hotel a bad option if you're traveling to Paris during this time. There's also only one, albeit large, window what you can open, so there's no good option to ventilate the room when you come back to your room at the end of your day. We left the window open during the night, which was really the only option giving the warmth you get on the top floor, but that leaves you exposed to all the noise of Paris.
It's a bit run down, but that's ok at least it was clean.
What's strange though is that there was only 1 pillow in our room. We're a couple booking a double room, so we would expect 2 to be available. We only found out when we got back at the end of day 1. We had to request a second pillow the day after. We also received only a single, small, towel during cleanup. Which again we found out when we got home late in the evening, so we had to specifically ask for it again.
Location is good. It's close to 2 metro lines and there are some good breakfast options. Wouldn't recommend to have dinner in that neighborhood, there are much better options in Paris, but it's definitely possible.

Worst hotel I have ever been to
The hotel was overall very disappointing even for a one star hotel due to multiple reasons: First of all the front door was locked 24/7 and if you wanted to get in the hotel you had to ring the bell and basically had a curfew since the owners don’t open the door after 12 am even after talking to them in advance. We were left outside, waiting for them to open the door for about 15 minutes ringing the bell and calling the hotel constantly. Horrible service!
An other reason was the language barrier since 90% of the staff members only talk to you in French and don’t understand a single word English!
They first led me in to a room of another person with their stuff laying there. When me and my friends changed the 2 Double-bed rooms, to one room with 1 double and one single bed we didn’t get any of the money back that we paid. It doesn’t stay true to its pictures online or it’s descriptions meaning no hairdryer, old & stiff towels, stained sheets and the tiniest bathroom I have seen in my whole entire life.
The main Street was so loud at night that you could not fall asleep.
I overall would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if it was for free!

A FUIR !
