Beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in a Haussmann building, Beautiful 2-bedroom-apartement, in a Haussmanien building ideally located in the center of Paris and close to the Grands Boulevards, Gare Saint-Lazare, Opéra / Grands Magasins, Parc Monceau, Madeleine...   
This spacious apartment has retained all its Parisian charm, with its old-style moldings, while being well equipped and furnished.  
Ideal for a family or group of friends looking for central Parisian accommodation.  
  
THE APARTMENT  
Haussmann-style building with facade renovated in December 2019\. Haussmann-style apartment of approx. 65m2, ideal for 4 with capacity for 5 people:  
\- a magnificent living room with a convertible sofa bed with built-in mattress, comfortable for two people, and a large 50cm TV opposite  
\- a kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, coffee machine and all you need to cook, plus a large dining table  
\- bedroom with 180\*200 double bed and open storage space  
\- a useful closet in the hallway for guests staying in the living room  
\- a bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer.  
\-a toilet with sink   
  
Linen provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Gas boiler.  
  
1st floor, right   
Once you've passed the entrance to the main building, you'll find the apartment on the right-hand side of the second floor, temporarily not served by the elevator.
