The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.   
  
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. Plus, a washer is available for your laundry needs.  
  
The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.  
  
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.  
  
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Hilly Passy, home to the city's wealthiest residents, features trendy restaurants and the Maison de Balzac, a house museum where the novelist once lived. Families head to the Bois de Boulogne for its boating lakes and kids' theme park.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest metro station, Porte d'Auteuil, is just a 4-minutes walk.  
  
Paris-Orly Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.  
  
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20\. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
