By public transport: To reach our studio in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais by public transport, take metro line 5 and get off at Hoche station. From there, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk away. This line connects you directly to the heart of Paris, making it easy to get around the city. By car: If you're arriving by car, you can easily get to our studio. Le Pré-Saint-Gervais is well connected to major roads and freeways. Please note that street parking may be limited, but there are parking options nearby. Please ask us for parking recommendations. Autonomous arrival: We also offer the option of self-catering arrival. Prior to your stay, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment. This will allow you to settle in at your own pace, avoiding any stress associated with arrival times. If you have any questions during the process, our team is always on hand to help. Die Wohnung war schmutzig, es gab kaum Geschirr und Besteck, man fragt sich, wozu man einen Geschirrspüler braucht, wenn man nicht genug Teller und Töpfe hat. Das benutzte Geschirr musste sofort nach dem Essen abgewaschen werden. Zwei Pfannen, eine mit extrem lockerem Griff, die wir nicht benutzen konnten und eine riesige Pfanne, an der alles klebte. Die Spresso-Kaffeemaschine, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, war kaputt. Wir fanden eine sehr schmutzige French Press, die wir notgedrungen benutzen mussten, da unser sofortiges Schreiben an die Agentur, in dem wir um eine andere Spresso-Kaffeemaschine baten, unbeantwortet blieb. Die Agentur, die bis dahin alles beantwortet hatte, blieb auf die höfliche Bitte, uns schnell eine andere Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung zu stellen, stumm. Der Esstisch hatte eine Höhe, die für Frauen unserer Größe (1,68) extrem hoch war, so dass wir unsere Arme so hoch heben mussten, dass wir lieber den kleinen Beistelltisch benutzten und auf dem Boden saßen, um zu essen. Der Tisch diente nicht zum Essen, sondern zum Abdecken der Heizkörper. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht (es war kalt in Paris). Aber wir hatten eine elektrische Heizung. Die Bettdecke war super, aber kleiner als das Bett in der Breite, so dass wir beide in der Mitte des Bettes schlafen mussten, damit jeder zugedeckt war. Natürlich gab es nur eine Decke. Es gab keinen Fernseher. Der Hausflur war schrecklich ##### Blanca Rosa D. Das Appartement war sehr renovierungsbedürftig (Schimmel an den Wänden, kaputtes Mobiliar). Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht (alle Oberflächen der Küche waren fettüberzogen). Die Schiebetür zum Balkon war sehr schwergängig und ließ sich kaum öffnen. Der Vermieter/ die Hausverwaltung war nicht erreichbar!!!!!!! Die Kaution wurde doppelt abgebucht: einmal von Fewo-direkt und ein weiteres Mal von der Hausverwaltung. Ich bin sehr gespannt auf die Rückerstattung!!!!! Einziger Pluspunkt: der Supermarkt gegenüber war gut sortiert und hatte lange geöffnet. ##### Isabel S.
