Our authentic 50 sqm apartment, offers numerous advantages that ensure you'll have an enjoyable stay in Paris!  
  
With 2 bedrooms, we can accommodate up to 3 guests (one double bedroom and one single bedroom). You'll appreciate the fully equipped open kitchen and the dining table.  
  
Located in the Latin District, one of the liveliest areas of the city, the apartment is close to restaurants, bars, parks, museums, and the Seine River.  
  
Safe and clean, it's the perfect HQ for your Parisian adventure!

The Neighborhood:  
Located in the heart of the latin district, you will be in the best area to enjoy Paris. At a walking distance and immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants and brasseries. Also there is the famous Rue Mouffetard well known for its bars. Next door you would enjoy le Jardin des Plantes and Le Panthéon. All the best University of Paris included La Sorbonne are near by the apartment. You will be next to the Quai de Seine and at 15 minutes walk from Notre-Dame de Paris and from le Jardin du Luxembourg.  
  
Getting Around:  
Very easy and safe access. It is pleasant to walk around :-)

#### Place de Contrescarpe 

The location of this bright and spacious apartment was simply ideal. Just a 10 minute walk into the heart of the Latin quarter and another 11 minutes to Jardin Luxembourg. Hosts were helpful and considerate. Gladly recommend this five star apartment.
