The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The sleeping area is street facing and furnished with a double bed with a comfortable, quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. This neighbourhood is rich with history and literature fans will love immersing themselves in this area. This area is home to the prestigious La Sorbonne university. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame and Ile de la Cite. Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés and the Jardin des Plantes are all within walking distance. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There is also the famous Rue Mouffetard nearby, dotted with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more. Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, the resting place of many important French figures. The Jardin du Luxembourg is only a few minutes away - perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. It is just deep enough into the Latin Quarter that you are more surrounded by locals than by tourists, but is still easy to access the Metro and walk to more popular areas. The square below is filled with restaurants and cafés to try. The place itself is small but charming. It was slightly more humble than the photos indicated, as those seemed to have been staged with decor. But overall, it met all of our needs. One note is that the bathroom amenities listed in the description (hand soap, shampoo, etc.) were not provided so be aware to bring your own.Overall, we are looking forward to returning to Paris and would be more than happy to stay here again!! ##### Emma S. Apr 16, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location #### Our stay in Paris We arrived later than we expected, due to Eurostar arriving late and we were charged the late arrival fee, which we were told about it before getting to the apartment. The location of the property is great, as it is very close to the city centre, it is over a busy square, which is very noisy at times, albeit that the windows do a good job of keeping the noise out, most of the time. The square itself is not kept clean and there seems to be two homeless people slumped in the square all the time. I accept the owner has no control on this. The apartment itself though, whilst well equipped, suffers with mould and in spite of keeping the windows open, when showering and at other times, you could still smell that dampness smell, all the time, evidence of it could be seen everywhere, including the curtains. Our stay was also inconvenienced by the fact that there was a secondary lock to the apartment, to which we did not have the keys to and we got locked out. We had to wait for a couple of hours outside in one of the bars below, although it started raining and got colder as time went by. Whilst the issue was resolved eventually, by the removal of the secondary lock, we felt that this should have been dealt more promptly and considering that we were charged a late arrival fee, nothing was offered to us for inconvenience caused. When back home, I had to request for the return of the deposit, which after 12 working days I am still waiting for. I would suggest a compensation to us!! ##### Giuseppe P. From the moment I arrived, check-in and check-out were seamless and incredibly convenient. The studio overlooks a charming courtyard with a lively fountain that’s always buzzing with Parisian energy and excitement.Yes, there can be some street noise or live music, but the windows do a great job of blocking it out when you're ready to sleep. Or, if you're in the mood to soak up the ambiance, you can sit at the table, open the windows, and enjoy the music with a glass of wine and a warm baguette from the shop next door—pure Parisian bliss!The surrounding streets are wonderfully walkable and full of everything you need: cozy restaurants, a small grocery store, and you're just blocks away from filming locations of Emily in Paris. I used both the bus and the metro, each just a quick 5–10 minute walk depending on the line—super convenient.The kitchen is well-equipped, though with so many incredible food options nearby, you might not feel the need to cook. L'emplacement est fantastique—à seulement 5 minutes à pied du Panthéon et entouré des cafés les plus charmants. Tout le quartier est tellement pittoresque et plein de charme. Le studio en lui-même était impeccable, avec un lit super confortable qui rendait les matins difficiles ! La salle de bain était également très jolie, avec de belles fenêtres qui laissaient entrer beaucoup de lumière. Le processus d'enregistrement a été un jeu d'enfant, même après 20h, avec des instructions claires qui m'ont permis de m'enregistrer tout seul sans problème.
