### Cozy apartment with Balcony view Eiffel Tower view

Ideally located in a new building in Issy-les-Moulineaux, in the heart of the new eco-neighborhood of Bords-de-Seine near Île Saint Germain.  
The apartment is furnished with designer materials. It is ideal for a business trip (close to company seats) or to visit Paris (nearby RER C, tram and metro 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower).  
A parking space in the basement is available free of charge.  
Shops nearby.  
Delivery time of the keys at your convenience.  
The space  
The apartment is new with a modern and cozy decor, high floor view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is near Paris (15th and 16th arrondissements) and Boulogne.  
All the necessary amenities are available: dishwasher, washing machine, 55"TV (Box, Netflix, Prime Video, Canal plus and RMC sport), oven, microwave, towels... A Nespresso machine is provided and coffee is free.  
  
2 out of 3 closets are available to guests.
