The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, dishwasher, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is nestled in the heart of the apartment without windows and furnished with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. À quelques pas des rues Montorgueil et Montmartre. À une courte distance de marche de la Seine, du Louvre, du Palais Royal et son magnifique jardin, petit havre de paix où l'on entend que le chants des oiseaux, de la place Dauphine et du Vert-Galant. Emplacement imbattable pour ceux qui aiment vivre et marcher au cœur des 1er et 2e arrondissements. ##### Michel F. It’s very central, just a 10-minute walk from the Louvre and Notre-Dame, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Public transport is also easily accessible, though many attractions are within walking distance.It was comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for a short stay.
