Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. Refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies. It is furnished with a double sofa-bed, dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee machine, dishwasher, mini-fridge, stove, microwave, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing machine in the property and a drying rack is provided. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and comes furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full bathroom with a shower/bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame and Ile de la Cite. Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés and the Jardin des Plantes are all within walking distance. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There is also the famous Rue Mouffetard nearby, dotted with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more. However, the stay itself was mixed. The upper floor of the property gets very warm in the summer and doesn’t cool down much, even at night, which made it uncomfortable, especially for sleeping.Unfortunately, the fridge was broken when I arrived and no action was taken to fix or replace it during my stay. More disappointing was the issue with the baby cot. I specifically mentioned the need for one both at the time of reservation and again during check-in, but there wasn’t one available upon arrival. After contacting the host immediately, they said one could only be delivered the next day — which wasn’t acceptable for our situation. I had to go out and purchase one myself. When I asked for compensation, I was told they had never confirmed providing a cot, which felt dismissive.Overall, I would not recommend this property for families with young children.
