### Cosy apartment in the 18th arrondissement

Charming two-bedroom apartment located in the north of Paris, at the foot of the Butte Montmartre and near St Ouen flea market. With a surface area of 25 m², this flat in the 18th arrondissement is on the top floor of a Haussmann-style building and overlooks the courtyard on both sides. The living areas are very bright, as the flat is oriented North-South, with a well of light and little or no facing overlooked. The flat comprises a fitted kitchen living room (with sofa bed), a separate bedroom and a bathroom/WC with washing machine. Friendly and lively neighbourhood with a good deal of shops (Franprix/Lidl/Monoprix within 250 m, and a market at the foot of the building three times a week) and a varied range of bars and restaurants.
