Though it was slightly annoying to go to an alternate spot to pick up the keys, the directions for checking in were very detailed and accurate. There were a few missteps with the actual property. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, as well as it being only stocked with 1 small packet of shampoo for a 4 night stay. The linens were also a little stained and the pillowcases didn't fit the pillows for the sofa bed. Also, one of the fans in the apartment didn't work. ##### Kristy L.
