Warm and well-appointed, the accommodation comprises:   
\- a bedroom with a double bed on the street side. The room is equipped with shutters, curtains and blackout filters for privacy ;   
\- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen

\- and a living room for relaxing after a day's outing.  
  
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Wifi, Television, Coffee machine, Microwave, Refrigerator ...  
  
The apartment is an 11-minute walk from metro station line 2 "Rome", and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.   
For your day-to-day needs, you'll find an Intermarché "Franprix" just a 4-minute walk away.  
  
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the city's famous landmarks, including :  
\- Parc Monceau: a 12-minute walk away;  
\- The Moulin Rouge: a 14-minute walk away;  
\- Palais Garnier: 23 minutes on foot;  
\- Arc de Triomphe: 29 minutes on foot, and much more.

\## Emplacement  
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.  
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.

\- "Rome" station line 2, 3 minutes walk.  
\- Station "Villiers" lines 2 and 3, 5 minutes walk.  
  
Bus stops:  
\- "Villiers": line 30, 2 minutes walk.

From Paris-Saint-Lazare train station: 10 minutes walk.  
From Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport: 45 minutes by transport.

#### Nice flat, but uncleanly and horrible host. Be careful when booking this apartment!

Overall it is a nice enough apartment, but it was not cleaned very well when we arrived. The check-in process was also confusing and inconvenient. We had an issue and our host was not helpful and incredibly unprofessional. In the end, he ended up taking our entire security deposit because of a key that we broke and a stain on the couch that we were not responsible for. The place was nice, but the company who rents out the place is a complete scam. Although I would not recommend it, if you decide to book this place, be careful and take pictures of everything when you first get there.
