Isaac - Ibis Styles) foi muito prestativo e paciente. No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente para o banho, foi justamente os dias em que tínhamos utensílios da cozinha no lava-louças.Não olhem em baixo da pia do banheiro, o hospede anterior deixou um brinquedo impróprio para crianças.O local é muito bom, com acesso fácil ao metro e ônibus; o que impactou um pouco foi a vizinhança (trecho entre o Bd Bonne Nouvelle e Bd de Magenta), onde prevalece um aglomerado de lojas de cabelos e coiffers que oferecem seu serviço na rua, e mesmo sem termos recebido nenhuma ameaça, a sensação de insegurança ficou no ar.No mais, consideramos muito boa nossa hospedagem e a recomendamos. ##### Alexssandro C.
