The balcony was a lovely addition. The apartment was clean and the host, Philippe was wonderful and made the check in and check out process smooth and easy. 11/10 would recommend to my family. The location was wonderful. Literally close to restaurants, shops, metro, also away from super touristy areas. They even had a street fair right outside on Saturday and Sunday. The area teems with shops and cafes. I give host Philippe high marks for responsiveness and ease to deal with. Note, as other reviewers do, that the flat is on the fifth floor (which is actually floor six for Americans). One small point--the listing mentions a washer and drier. There isn't a drier, but a collapsible metal rack for drying. That suffices, however. ##### Jack F.
