Comfort, elegance and Parisian art de vivre, this exceptional property has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a master suite of over 40 m², and can accommodate up to eight people.

On the first floor of a Haussmanian building with elevator, this exceptional, fully air-conditioned apartment opens onto a spacious living room bathed in natural light.  
  
This space features a beautiful living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a connected TV. It also includes a dining area, with a beautiful table ideal for eight people.   
  
The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped with noble materials, just like the rest of the apartment.  
  
From floor to ceiling, this apartment is adorned with timeless, quality materials, including herringbone parquet, marble and the various moldings on the walls, typical of Parisian apartments.  
  
The Master Room is simply exceptional, featuring a lounge area with sofa and connected TV. The bedroom area is also equipped with a connected TV and a hotel-quality king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom, a true bubble of relaxation, features a bathtub, shower and toilet.
