In order to welcome you in the best possible health conditions, our apart'hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected Our apartment is located in the heart of Paris, the Saint Michel district on the left bank of the Seine, and borders the Latin Quarter and Saint Germain des Prés neighbourhood. Rare in Paris, it is equipped with an air conditioning system which makes it very pleasantly cool, even at the height of summer. Air conditioning is available only from mid-March to mid-September. It worked great for our family of 5\. Only downside was there was a leak in the flat, apparently from the air conditioning unit. The floor was soft and warped, and ultimately they had to shut off the AC. That was disappointing as that was a key feature we wanted in our rental. It's location on 1/2 a block from the Seine and between Notre Dame and the Louvre was perfect. Lots to do near by. I think it is useful to clarify the bath and sleeping arrangement. On the ground floor is the kitchen/dining room with one pull out sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms (1 queen and a single bed in each) and one split bathroom, meaning that the toilet is in a different room than the sink and shower. Downstairs in basically a playroom with 2 pull out couches and 2 full bathrooms. ##### Tina G.
