Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. « Absolutely beautiful home in an excellent location, plus it’s pet-friendly. The home is on three levels with steep staircases, which were not at all a problem for us, but would not be ideal for everyone. Still, I highly recommend it. Arundel is a charming town. The castle is stunning. The restaurants were steps away and excellent. Wish we’d booked a longer stay! »

« Very nice chalet indeed. I was only there for one night as i was working in the hospital. And sadly didn't get much chance to look around the farm and animals. But the chalets are set in beautiful surroundings. Inside the chalets there is a small but functional kitchenette with fridge, microwave a plug in hob and all the utensils you could need. « traditional pub with very friendly staff and good quality food. the flat is above the pub but has its own entrance. You can hear people downstairs but this didn't disturb us. We ate both evening we were there and it was excellent and very good value. The flat is in the oldest part of the pub and as such the door frames are low but the ceilings are fine. There was everything we needed and it was nice and clean. Very good value for 2 couples. »

« The cottage is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with relaxing views over the pond and backdrop of birdsong. Although next door to the main house it feels very private, we were made welcome by the owners but then left to enjoy the week. The walking was excellent, so many footpaths and routes to choose from and straight from the door. It is a very pretty area. Within half hour drive we visited Petworth, Parham, Arundel Museum and did a dusk safari at Knepp. We would definitely return. »
