Just 4km form the picturesque Parga, stroll along the little streets with a unique architecture or discover the plethora of beaches: Lichnos and Ai Giannakis (2km), Krioneri and Valtos (5km), Sarakiniko (19km) and Sivota (20km) with their crystal clear blue waters beckon you for a refreshing dip! Free parking and wifi available  
  
The Space:  
Located just 2km from the beach and boasting a spacious balcony with a breathtaking seaview, this fully-equipped property awaits for unique holiday moments!  
Upon entering you are welcomed by an open-plan space, with a living room (which also includes 2 single sofa beds for extra persons) and a kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals during your stay. There are three bedrooms with a comfy double bed each, air-conditioned for optimal comfort and two bathrooms.  
The star of the property is definitely the spacious balcony with majestic sea views! Relax on the outdoor furniture while sipping on a coffee or drink and let your worries fly away!

The Neighborhood:  
Parga, Greece, is a charming coastal town known for its stunning beaches, picturesque alleys, and rich history. One of the highlights is the Venetian Castle of Parga, perched on a hill overlooking the town and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. Strolling through the colorful streets of Parga, visitors will find traditional tavernas, quaint shops, and vibrant cafés that create a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. In the village of Agia Kiriaki you will find dining options and a market is just 2km away. Beaches are a major draw in the area, with Valtos Beach (5km)being one of the most popular, offering golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and opportunities for water sports. Lichnos Beach (2km), surrounded by lush greenery, is another serene spot for swimming and sunbathing. For a more secluded experience, visitors can take a boat to Sarakiniko Beach (19km), a hidden gem with turquoise waters and a peaceful ambiance.
