"The property is in front of the pretty and small Harbour . Convenient if you need to get to other areas like Portofino . The boat stops in front of your windows . Sleeping with open windows is difficult because of the different noises coming from the harbor . Better and easier to stay here if you don’t have a car , cause off site parking is at the walking distance of half mile .parking is 18€ a day, quite steep for the off site . Nice hotel but not for everyone . "

"Vincenzo is the manager what can I say, he did so much for us what a superstar. We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. Breakfast basic but the local cafes have excellent and cheap paninis etc on offer so no issues. Very Close to the beach and restaurants. We walked into Sestri levante and it took 40 mins. "We loved our stay at Monica’s appartment. Super central, located next to the centre of Sestri Levante with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, train station just a few steps away. Nicely furnished 2-bedroom flat (BEST BEDS we’ve ever experienced!!) for our family with kids. And Monica was quickly available for any questions. We will come back!"

"We were traveling as a family with three young adults and two grandparents - and this was a fantastic find! The bus is a bit expensive (5 Euros per person/trip) but if you don’t have a car, well worth it. We had two cars and had to search for parking for the second, but I think we just missed that info. The house is gorgeous and totally unique and we had everything we needed. Lots of hikers to Portofino (and it was the off season!) passing by, but I would take the trails instead of the road if...
