The pool is warm and shaded and comfortable and a great respite from the heat. The best part of the day is evening (around 4:30 to 5:30pm) when the animals come out to play at the pool. Highly recommend lounging at the pool before sunset to see the birds, monkeys and occasional deer! Rooms are great and the access to YOLO, the bar/restaurant next door and the pool bar/resto, is great for breakfast (breakfast was included in our booking), pool side drinks and snacks (there was a 2 for 1 cocktails happy hour from 3-6), and dinner in the main resto. Our kids (12 and 15) also enjoyed playing pool and the numerous games available at the resto area. Rooms were great with great AC which was essential in Manuel Antonio. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would consider staying here again if we were to return to MA.
