Some of the rooms were directly onto the road, whereas all the bungalows were tucked away at the back, near the swimming pool and close to the forest gardens with it's daily dose of wildlife. The rooms were kept beautifully clean and it was lovely having dressing gowns to lounge around in. Shame no sun on the terrace, but the rooms were always cool... Every afternoon about 4pm came the wildlife show. Each day different, whether it was capuchin monkeys or macaws, howler monkeys or toucans, we always made sure we were there ready with our binoculars and camera."
