When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup and then there was a lamp just chilling in the closet it looks like the rooms hadn't even been put back to how they were supposed to to be. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn't even work properly. Some of the staff was friendly one of them was not.
