« The staff was extremely inviting, professional, and kind. Parking was extremely easy we stayed in villa 3939. It was very large, clean, and had a great view. The property was conveniently located within the area and very walkable. It is very dark at night but we felt safe walking back from dinner. « We stayed here while we were down in Savannah to see our son for SCAD's Parent/Alumni Weekend. This was a nice little place in a decent location. It was easy access to downtown Savannah but off the beaten path a little, so it was very quiet.The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our visit. »

« This was a cozy cottage to stay a long weekend in Tybee. It was a great location. It could have maybe used more cleaning (we have a 10 month old and he was covered in dirt and dust from crawling around the house). The bathroom looked updated and the beds were pretty cozy. We did a load of laundry before leaving so that was helpful. We couldn't figure out the old-fashioned lock at first! »

« The condo was clean and nice. It’s located conveniently to the beach and not far from Savannah. The only thing I would warn guests about is, at least the time of year we were there in October, acorns were falling from a tree onto the upstairs deck, creating a noise downstairs that took us a while to figure out. It was a little bit disconcerting the first evening we were there until we figured it out the next day. »

« Our small Girl Scout troop enjoyed staying at this house it was close to Savannah historic district, Tybee Island, and a groceries store. The house was spacious to accommodate all 8 of us and equipped with the essentials to have a few meals there all together. »

The management was friendly and very attentive, checking in with us to be sure everything was going well. Most importantly, the house was very clean.
