Overall the hotel is amazing, the staff is very kind and helpful. The only complaint I would make is there’s a lot of broken utilities. 70% of the lights in our suite didn’t turn on and the switches did nothing, the refrigerator did not have a working ice machine nor did the water from the refrigerator work, only sink tap water was available. Otherwise the suite was in good condition and there was plenty of accommodations and cookware at your disposal. I would definitely stay again, the property just needs some maintenance.

The hotel is clean and a quick drive if going to Big Sur. However, the pictures make it look much cuter and cozier than it is. Depending on your room location also makes it different than pictured.
