Two queen rooms available - opening onto deck overlooking garden, one smaller bedroom with king-single bed. So close to the beach, meant the kids could enjoy and then easily walk back, even a garden hose to spray down afterwards! Beds were comfy. House is well kitted out. Communication was super quick, easy, clear, and kind! Dining table was on deck under shelter, which was fine for warm weather but wouldn't suit so much in colder weather. The house is roomy, well equipped, clean and very homely. The beds were comfortable and lots of blankets and linen available. The weather was good so no need for heating. We all enjoyed ourselves on the deck in the afternoon. It would have been good to have a few more kid games or a pack of cards.
