Villa located near Protaras, Konnos Bay and Cape Greco

Villa Mandalay is a very well appointed villa, furnished in a modern style to a high standard. The villa sleeps up to 6 adults, with room for additional travel cots, and is located in a cul-de sac in Cape Greco close to Konnos Bay, one of the finest beaches on the island. The local supermarket, restaurants and beaches are a just short walk away, with Protaras being a few minutes in the car. The rental price is fully inclusive, with no additional costs. In addition to its own private pool, the villa has sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, dining furniture, a gas fired BBQ and table tennis table. Inside the villa, there is air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, English TV channels, DVD player, bedlinen, towels, 24 hour key collection and management service and a welcome pack of essential food items. The villa has a large open plan layout including living, dining and kitchen area. It is ideal for families and groups of friends seeking enjoyable holidays in the sun.


Villa Mandalay is located within walking distance of the Grecian Park Hotel, venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions. For wedding guests wishing to arrange their accommodation independently from the hotel, then Villa Mandalay represents the ideal solution.

The accommodation is suited to one large family, two smaller families, three couples or indeed any other combination of up to 6 people.

Given that Villa Mandalay is a short walk from the Grecian Park Hotel, there will be no need for any taxis or drivers to return back to the villa from the hotel.

Totally recommend booking this villa, fantastic location, great pool and outside space. Everything you need, we stayed 10 nights and we had new linen and towels half way through our stay. Some lovely restuarants nearby.

Insgesamt sehr gut mit kleinen Abstrichen
Das Haus ist recht schön, sollte aber besser gepflegt werden. Es sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, aber in Summe machen sie sich dann doch bemerkbar. Ein paar Beispiele : ein Sammelsurium von Töpfen und Pfannen(Teflonbeschichtung nicht mehr vorhanden) und alles ohne Deckel. Dunstabzugshaube defekt. Bei nur 5 Gläsern und 5 Tassen macht ein so großer Geschirrspüler keinen Sinn (Nachhaltigkeit) Ein paar Ablagen über den Badezimmerwaschbecken wären auch hilfreich. Jede Nacht Eimer unter die Klimaanlage stellen, weil sie ständig Kondenswasserfälle produziert geht gar nicht. Wir haben sie dann lieber abgestellt. Ständig fliegt die Sicherung raus und der Kasten zum aktivieren ist nicht im Haus sondern eine Ecke weiter am Hotel. Wie gesagt, es alles nur Kleinigkeiten die relativ schnell und einfach abstellen lassen könnten. Trotzdem war es insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Land. Everything you need in a villa
A good sized villa in a quiet location close to local amenities and Konnos Beach. The provision of basic food essentials - bread, milk, marg, jam, tea and coffee were very much appreciated after a long journey and late arrival. Nice to have pool towels provided too. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. A well equipped kitchen although we did very little cooking with such a wide choice of places to eat out in Ayia Napa or Protarus, both just a short drive away. I recommend food shopping in the Metro hypermarket in Paralimni which was much cheaper than the nearby Lidl although Lidl did have an amazing bakery section, far better than any in the UK!! Konnos Beach is the place to go if you want to be away from the crowded resort beaches and is the best place to go to hire self drive boats.

Quiet relaxing stay in a huge house
6 of us stayed for 4 nights. The interior was modern, clean and spacious. The outdoor was brilliant. Decent size pool with sun loungers, outside table, barbeque. Absolutely amazing for friends who just want to chill by the pool. Definitely would come back.

Cyprus Villa
Overall stay was fine , nice quiet area as we are very familiar with this part of Cyprus. One Air conditioning unit not working which the property maintenance company could have advanced warned us about or put an out of order sticker on it , but it wasn’t fixed during the duration of our stay. We did advise the agency too of the cleanliness and that the 2 BBQ’s were both left dirty so we didn’t use them during our stay. These things can happen though and didn’t effect our holiday Dealing with Richard the owner was very easy and he sorted the fact that the booking was indeed for 6 whereas towels etc were supplied for 4.

Quiet and spacious home near the best beaches in Ayia napa
Stayed at the villa at the start of the tourist season for 9 days. Check in was smooth and everything in the house was set up properly to accommodate guests. Communication was easy and any issues were resolved immediately.

Lovely villa, great location, we booked 1 extra day/early check in @ £90 (24 hrs early), beds were made etc, but cleaners arrived following day to refresh the cleaning etc as either they had not been informed or had not recorded our early arrival, so ensuite shower was mouldy, downstairs toilet was also mouldy but 'clean'. Outside furniture was not cleaned so dusty etc, the soft furnishings for the patio furniture were very stained, in fact we had to wash them prior to use. There were some other minor issues but the property management company sorted them more or less straight away.

Nice private villa exactly as promised
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was exactly as advertised and better in some ways, like the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor shower. The neighbourhood is mostly quiet except for the Parties at the neighbouring hotel. But the windows are insulated well enough that you do not hear it inside, so we slept well. Communication with Richard worked well, the property manager was a bit late to send out the check in information (check your spam filter for an email a week before arrival), but was very attentive and responsive during our stay. The house was clean and especially the pool and pool area was clean and nice.
