Protaras Villa 1484 is a new and spacious semi-detached 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa just 2 minutes walk from the Beach and amenities. The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air-condition throughout, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with a a full range of English, Russian and some European channels. The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two large single beds and a family bathroom.
