A perfect place for groups of up to 5 people that are seeking relaxation and quiet. As you step inside the apartment, you will find the living room with large comfortable sofa (which can be turned to a bed), a small table and a TV, the perfect place to chill enjoying your favorite show. Next to the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking pots and utensils you will need to prepare nearly every dish! The apartment also has 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom features a bath, hot and cold water, a sink and a toilet! The property is located within a short walking distance from a number of restaurants, pubs and convenience stores. Additionally, within close proximity you can find a number of beautiful sandy beaches and within a few minutes’ drive you can find yourself in Ayia Napa or at the center of Protaras. Kein Schrank im Hauptschlafzimmer, stattdessen ein separates WC bei dem aussen der Türgriff fehlte. Dieser wurde sofort repariert, Wäscheständer ausgetauscht aber so darf eine Unterkunft einfach nicht aussehen. Geschirr zuwenig, kein Wasserdruck und in der Küche nur wenig warmes Wasser. Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat zwar funktioniert, war aber unpersönlich und nicht zielführend. Schade! ##### Lydia F. The biggest asset being the large sun terrace receiving the sun from sunrise to late afternoon. Another bonus of the property is the covered allocated parking.The galley style kitchen was ok for me, on my own, but a family I think would find it rather restrictive due to the limited space.On arrival the property was clean and tidy. With all the basic essentials, some of which are starting to look slightly tired. Satellite TV would be a nice addition along with a B-B-Q on the sun terrace. ##### Paul B.
